Ali Kaufmann grew up in a small Massachusetts town known for its apples and squash. Her first job was scooping ice cream at a local orchard. In 1998, she moved to Fort Lauderdale, where an encounter with a few “yachties” inspired her to dive into the world of yachting. She began her career as a crew member aboard both private and charter yachts. After several years at sea, she decided to merge her hands-on experience with her background in interior design.
Ali went on to establish her own yacht interior refit company, building an impressive portfolio of projects ranging from 48-foot sportfishing boats to 150-foot megayachts. In 2006, she expanded her expertise into the retail side of charter yacht vacations. With a deep understanding of all facets of luxury yachting, Ali brings both skill and insight to meet the diverse needs of today’s clientele. Her commitment to personalized service ensures that each client’s vision is not only met but exceeded.
Outside of work, Ali enjoys hiking, playing tennis and pickleball, and performing classical music on the piano.
