Yacht Charters
As Italy’s third-largest city, Naples is one destination glamorous yacht charter guests from across the globe are clamoring to experience.
Regarded for its antique architecture, impressive art collections, and reputation as a prime culinary destination, Naples is dubbed as Italy’s “most unlikely masterpiece.”
The museums in Naples house some of Europe’s finest collections of archeology and art, complementing the collection of royal palaces and castles dotted across its landscape that could just as easily classify as art themselves.
With Naples’ historic city center, locally named “centro storico,” dubbed a UNESCO World Heritage Site, anchor your yacht and wander through its old streets to uncover a city of breathtaking frescoes, sculptures, historic churches, and lively town squares.
And while you’re on your Naples yacht charter, be sure to stop for a bite to eat in one of Naples’ timeless cafes – it is rumored to be the place where pizza was born.
The chaotic yet charming city of Naples is definitely worth a visit on your luxury yacht charter in Italy.

Explore with a Boat Charter: Naples
Piazza del Plebiscito
The main city square, a venue for Naples’ largest, open-air concerts.
Stemming from the early 19th century, Piazza del Plebiscito – the main city square – was originally designed by the King of Naples as a tribute to the emperor. Named for the plebiscite that finally made Naples a part of the unified Kingdom of Italy, this square houses the domed church of San Francesco di Paola, the Royal Palace, Palazzo Salerno, and the Prefecture Palace. Today, the square serves as a venue for Naples’ largest, open-air concerts; like Elton John, Maroon 5, Muse, and Bruce Springsteen, to name a few.
Spaccanapoli
Spaccanapoli, the street that splits the city.
Running right through the middle of Naples’ historic district, this important street divides the city center of Naples in half. Lined with boutique shops and antique churches, Spaccanapoli boasts few cars, as many of its visitors choose to explore the area on foot.
Teatro San Carlo
The world’s oldest opera house.
The world’s oldest opera house, which originally opened in 1737. A fire damaged the structure in 1816, and it was rebuilt. It’s still in operation and touts perfect acoustics for listening to opera.
The National Archaeological Museum of Naples: This museum offers an abundance of historical pieces, including the world’s best collection of mosaics, sculptures, and gems from early Greek and Roman times, particularly from archaeological sites in and around Pompeii.
