Chartering in Turkey: When to go?
The charter season in Turkey runs from mid-April through October. Like most of the Mediterranean, July and August are peak months. Turkey is known for its long, dry summers. During the yacht charter season, there is little rain, low humidity, and temperatures hovering into the mid-80s during the peak months.

One of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, the Mausoleum at Halicarnassus, is located in the town of Bodrum. Built in 355 B.C., it features a pyramid and marble columns.
