Overview
Sailing catamaran JOY is a Lagoon 77 launched in 2018. Her naval architecture is by Van Peteghem-Lauriot Prévost (VPLP), and her bespoke interior was conceptualized by Nauta Design. With her sleek design and striking golden mainsail, she will turn heads in each port she visits.
Inside, her open plan salon boasts a natural color palette and a relaxing ambiance. There are two seating areas along the starboard side with the mizzen mast dividing the space and providing shelving. On the port side is the formal dining space, highlighted by windows and the aft sliding glass doors. There is also a bar with a wide selection of drinks for all occasions.
Catamaran JOY has three main exterior living spaces. Directly off the salon is the large aft cockpit with an al fresco dining space, ample seating, and direct access to both the flybridge and transom. The forward cockpit has informal lounge seating and direct access to the trampoline for relaxing and sunbathing. The flybridge has a hardtop for shade during the hottest parts of the day, plus sunpads, seating, and unparalleled views.
There is a transom beach club that opens up at water level to create a base for swimming and water sports, a tender dock, or a spot for guests to access the water with ease. Toys and sports available to guests include dive gear, snorkel equipment, waterskis, stand-up paddleboards, a wakeboard, and various inflatables.
